Cancellation made:
*46 days and above prior to the arrival date – 10% of the total amount will be forfeited
*45 days prior to the arrival date-25% of the total amount will be forfeited
*30 days prior to the arrival date – 50% of the total amount will be forfeited
*less than 30 days – payment is forfeited
Refunds for credit card payments will be made 6 months after complete payment,which is the length of time the bank clears the payments for any irregularity
“Shortened Stays” & “No Shows” for confirmed bookings will not be refunded
Eskaya Beach Resort & Spa shall not be liable for failure to carry out arrangements due to labor disputes,force majuere/acts of God or conditions beyond the Resort’s control. In such cases, a re-booking of the tour or other arrangements shall be considered subject to the approval of Management.
